Our client are a Chartered Financial Planners that currently seek to recruit a Paraplanner Team Leader to join their well-established team.

You will be required to provide technical support to a team of Financial Planners on a daily basis.

You will be the most senior member of the team and you should therefore have in depth experience as a Paraplanner within an established organisation.

Your role will be as a Senior Paraplanner to the Financial Planners although you will also manage/mentor the support team (currently 4 team members), you will be required to supervise both the Paraplanners and Administrators within the business.

Previoussupervisory or management experience could be considered advantageous although it is not a necessity.

This is an ideal opportunity for either a Paraplanner Team Leader seeking new opportunity or a Paraplanner who is now seeking the next step in the career.

As one of the management team you will attend regular team meetings and will report directly to theManaging Director.
