Customer Service Advisor
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is a key office-based support role, with a strong administrative bias, responsible for providing assistance across the depot, which will involve:

Receipt and processing of customer orders, as well as documenting all relevant information and undertaking general administration duties
Regular customer communication in relation to delivery lead times and other information requested, whilst also effectively handling and processing day to day enquiries
Liaising with our sales team to help maximize potential sales opportunities, whilst also logging and processing any Customer Complaints, including assisting in investigations
