ShortList are working with an excellent client based in Chester who are looking for an Automation Tester to join their growing development team.

The ideal Automation Tester will have a strong background in manual & regression testing, with responsibilities including defining, maintaining and executing test cases to maintain a high level of quality and working with Selenium and Behat for automation testing.

Key Skills for the Automation Tester:

Designed and lead QA Programme's
Effective team member with the right attitude and approach to helping achieve transformation goals
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
Selenium WebDriver/Behat experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The successful Automation Tester can expect a salary up to £55,000 (DOE) plus fantastic benefits which include a Share Option and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase 5 additional days per annum.

This role offers hybrid working and requires two days a week on-site, the office is based in Chester and is located a short walk away from Chester Train Station.

It is commutable from North Wales, Wrexham, Warrington, Crewe and Liverpool.
