NPPV1 Vetting
Key responsibilities:
Provide efficient and timely support to the Recruitment and Selection area of Human Resources.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Employment Legislation, Police Regulations, and Police Staff Conditions of Service.
Specialise in Recruitment and Selection, but also provide cover within any area of Human Resources as required.
Develop a broad range of skills to provide effective delivery and resilience within the business area.
- Provide timely advice and support to both internal and external customers.
- Develop knowledge, understanding and competence across a range of HR processes

NPPV Level 2 Clearance
Qualifications:
Must hold a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent, or be willing to successfully achieve this within 12 months of appointment
Must possess G.C.S.E's Grades A - C, in Mathematics and English Language, or have proven relevant experience to a comparable level in numeracy and literacy
Experience:
- Must have previous experience of delivering high standards of service to internal and external customers
Skills & Abilities:
Must have effective keyboard inputting skills enabling effective inputting and retrieval of data
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills Must demonstrate proficiency at working to a high degree of accuracy and show attention to detail
