SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to sit within a busy finance department. This part-time role will report into the Financial Controller and our lovely client is based in Sutton in Ashfield.

Great opportunity for someone who is looking for exposure to a fast-paced working environment, training within multiple departments.

Our client is looking for a motivated individual with strong administrator skills, you will be organised and be comfortable using Microsoft programmes.

The role will consist of, but not limited to the following tasks.

  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and coworkers in a professional manner.
  • Operate various software packages including MS Office, SAP.
  • Ensure that the Accounts Payable Ledger is up to date and accurate by means of regular reconciliation with supplier statements and reviewing 'out of date' open items.
  • Matching invoices to Purchase orders and raising queries re mismatches.
  • Expense processing.
  • Booking company travel.


This part-time role consists of 16 hours per week agreed on offer of employment between the hours of: 7:30AM - 4:15PM Monday to Thursday / 7:30AM - 12PM Friday.

You will be required to work office based.
