Role Summary:
As a Masterdata Analyst, you will be responsible for processing all masterdata requests associated with Supplier and Customer changes in line with company policies.
You will work with multiple systems, including the primary ERP solution and legacy systems, to maintain, transform, cleanse, and load Master Data accurately.
Collaborating with other teams, you will support the design of Master Data to standardize practices across the business. Your expertise will ensure timely and compliant Master data creation, maintenance, and related activities.Key Responsibilities:
Process masterdata requests for Supplier and Customer changes adhering to company policies.
Help define, document, and implement processes in the Master Data business area, with a continuous improvement and best practice approach.
Maintain, transform, cleanse, and load Master Data across various systems.Collaborate with other teams to standardize Master Data practices and support where needed.
Perform periodic data maintenance, including data cleansing to ensure data accuracy.
Work with other Masterdata teams and management to enhance the strategy for master data management.
Lead business initiatives related to data migration or systems impacting master data for Suppliers and Customers.

Assist in managing Supplier and Customer Masterdata within the Finance Shared Service Centre. Process masterdata requests, uphold documentation, and promote continuous improvement and best practices. Liaise with other Masterdata teams to align practices and provide support as needed.

Solid understanding of Business and Master Data management processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing solutions and ideas with a continuous improvement mindset.
Technical and business knowledge to analyze and cleanse data effectively.
Familiarity with modern data management concepts, data quality approaches, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Numeracy and IT literacy, capable of producing meaningful and actionable Management Information.
