Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of carers to provide highquality care services to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing quality assurance processes.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the needs of individual clients.
- Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the service operates efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Recruiting and training new staff to ensure the team is adequately resourced.
Domiciliary Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Domiciliary Registered Manager or similar role in a social care setting.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of managing inspections. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
