Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and leading a team of carers to provide highquality care services to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing quality assurance processes.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the needs of individual clients.
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the service operates efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruiting and training new staff to ensure the team is adequately resourced.

Domiciliary Manager Requirements:


  • Experience as a Domiciliary Registered Manager or similar role in a social care setting.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of managing inspections. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
