Do you want to help Games Workshop deliver engaging marketing projects in a Marketing Sales Support Co-ordinator role? Are you excited by understanding the needs of the business and our customers, engaging with the right people to establish what needs to be done, and then working through others to ensure delivery?


As Marketing Sales Support Co-ordinator you will be responsible for helping the marketing team identify key initiatives to support individual business areas.

You will be working with teams across our vertically integrated global business, to define project requirements and ensure their effective delivery and implementation.

You will need to understand the progress of projects, manage blockers and hurdles and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed.


Balancing the expectations of different areas of the business to deliver the right solution at the right cost and the right time will be key in this role.

To do this successfully, building relationships and communicating with key stakeholders are essential parts of this role.


In this role you will be:

  • Working with the Marketing Team to brief and develop ideas to completion
  • Regularly reviewing the project status of all initiatives
  • Keeping internal stakeholders updated on progress/changes
  • Visibly owning delivery and driving engagement for the project
  • Simultaneously managing multiple projects
  • Proven skills/experience in Planning
  • Previous experience working alongside Sales teams (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
  • A true team player
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Great commercial awareness
