Description
Main Duties- Answering phone via a switchboard system and taking and relay messages where necessary.
- Management of all office scanning, filing and distribution.
- Handling the firms incoming and outgoing mail, including use of a franking machine.
- Responsible for all office stationery supply ordering.
- Management and updating Database system.
- Provide adhoc admin support day to day e.g. photocopying, binding, faxing etc.
- High school qualification and/or above required.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Confident on the telephone including using switchboard.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great organisational and multitasking skills.
