Administrator for the Governing Body of Multiple Schools (Kimberley Based)

198 hours over 38 weeks (5.5 hours per meeting which includes administration time)

Scale 3, Points 6-8: £23,893- 24,702 pro rata; Actual salary: £2, £2,957.30

Meetings will usually be held during school Term-Time
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator for the Governing Bodies of:

Awsworth Primary School
Gilthill Primary School
Hollywell Primary School
Kimberley Primary School
Mornington Primary School
Larkfields Infant School

We are looking to appoint an individual who can provide an efficient and effective minuting service to the above schools and undertake administrative and organizational tasks with regard to our half-termly governing body meetings.

We are all part of the East Midlands Education Trust and serve the children and families of Kimberley and the surrounding areas.

The schools hold 6 meetings per year.

These are usually held in the evening and are scheduled to take place once per half term on different days.
