We're looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant with previous finance experience and an analytical mindset who is looking to learn and grow within the company.
Working 25 hours a week across Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions as well as processing orders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to further their skills in finance, working within a well known and exciting company.
The role will include:
- Regularly producing reports for both suppliers and customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and rectified straight away
- Ensuring transactions are kept updated and always reconciled, whilst allocating cash received from customer promptly
- Processing staff expenses with accuracy
- Process all accounts payable invoices through the correct system, overseeing the process to ensure all items are properly authorised
- General administration duties; dealing with phones, opening, and distributing post, keeping accurate reports and filing documents correctly
- Submit VAT returns to HMRC
We are looking for:
- Experience in Finance
- Strong analytical skills
