I am currently supporting a manufacturing company based in Maidstone who are looking to expand their HR function.

Due to growth the company are looking for an experienced HR Officer/ Coordinator to join their team

The role of a HR Officer:
Supporting the HR Manager on daily HR tasks

Checking right to work and sending confirmation of start to new starters.

Liaising with management to discuss any HR issues and guide and support managers on various matters

Supporting with employee relations (disciplinaries, grievances and sickness etc.)

Being point of contact for all employees

Supporting with monthly payroll

CIPD Level 3 minimum (ideally L5 or studying towards L5)

4 years' experience working as a HR Officer/Coordinator in a similar role

Experience working with Employee Relations

Good understanding of employment law

Confident to speak with managers of all levels

GCSE A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
