This new, exciting and pivotal role within the service team has come about through company growth, and is based from our clients modern offices in Bury, Greater ManchesterThe company:
Our client is a clear market leader specialising in automatic fire suppression solution, and are a trusted partner to companies within retail, industrial, pharmaceutical manufacture and food & beverage sectors.
The role of Service Coordinator:
- You will become a key part of the service team.
- Your main responsibility will be to deliver efficient scheduling and planning for preventative maintenance and repair work
- Support an established field based engineering team
- Working collaboratively with other business functions to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
- Proven background in work scheduling or planning
- Excellent time management
- Experience in customer service
- Highly organised
- Right to work in the UK
The package:
- 25K basic salary
- Large annual bonus
- 22 Days holiday raising to 25 with time served + Bank holidays
