Job Overview:
This is a part-time remote role for an Activities Lead. The Activities Lead will be responsible for running and leading Rise programme classes, managing schedules, and coordinating with clients.

They will also be responsible for adapting exercises to suit the needs and abilities of their clients and ensuring that the environment is safe and inclusive for everyone who participates.

You will be moving from session to session with equipment so MUST be a car driver with a vehicle.

Qualifications

Experience in coordinating and leading recreational activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt exercises to suit the needs and abilities of participants (with training & support)
Understanding of health and safety practices in a recreational setting
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience and/or education in healthcare or social care is preferred
Certification in relevant areas like fitness, or occupational therapy is a plus
A passion for improving the lives of others
The sessions are run around the Southport and Skelmersdale area so looking for someone based in these locations and willing to drive. The sessions are generally between 10am4pm on weekdays so could suit someone working in the care sector, hospitality, creative industry as this role can work along side other existing commitments.
