RF Brown is Scotland's leading supplier of Containers for hire, sales and self-storage at the Hamilton site.
Historically a family owned business, it has recently been acquired by the new Managing Director Angus Barraclough in partnership with Foresight Group Private Equity.
The business is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to further strengthen our head office team by supporting the Finance Director and general finance department with the day to day tasks involved in running a busy finance department.
Prepare supplier payments
Post purchase invoices
Manage petty cash
Assist with sales invoicing
Credit control
Setting up of new customer accounts and maintaining existing account details
Process expense claims
Answer incoming accounts calls and monitor inbox
Processing daily bank
All finance related admin duties
Experience using accounts packages such as Xero would be extremely beneficial, however not essential.
