THE ROLE:

Are you skilled across all aspects of commercial litigation? Looking for the next step up on the career ladder? Frustrated at the lack of progression and direction at your current firm? Well, my client is a leading national law firm, and they are looking tocapitalise on their recent successes through the appointment of a target driven Commercial Litigation Partner to cover the broad spectrum of commercial litigation including board, shareholder and partnership disputes, financial disputes, contract disputes,commercial property disputes.

You will be able to deal with the day-to-day management of your own caseload of files as well as assist with the supervising and mentoring of junior fee earners.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideal Commercial Litigation Partners will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in dealing with all types of dispute resolution matters.

You may already be working as a Head of Department or a Partner or a Senior Associate in the Midlands and will have strongties to the region.

As an experienced individual you will have an excellent track record of winning new work and business development.

The role has a high level of autonomy, and you will be the type of individual who will thrive in this type of environment.

THE FIRM:

Providing unique advice to commercial clients, the highly rated commercial litigation department of this progressive and highly successful practice provides assistance on all aspects of commercial litigation including breach of warranty, shareholder disputes,professional negligence and contested probate.
