Description

A chinese developer is looking for a part time accountant to help with the business They offer flexible working (work in office and work from home) with about 15-20 hours per week.


Role:
Mandarin Speaking Accountant


Working Hour:
Part-time (Flexible working hours)


Location:
southwest London (zone 2)


Salary:
Based on Experience; can negotiate in the interview


Requirement:
- accounting background
- around 5 years of work experience

  • ACCA fully qualified ideally
- familiar with Microsoft Office word, excel, PowerPoint


Job Description:


  • Processing bank payments using online banking
  • Collect and review approved OA in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Process outgoing payments in the online banking for approval, approximately 50 per month.
  • Rental income updating
  • Check online banking and update commercial rental income bank receipt excel sheet on a daily basis, approximately 10 mins per working day.
  • Bookkeeping
  • Record financial transactions in SAP accounting system, approximately transactions per month
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Assist with month end closure
  • Assist with supplier payments query
  • VAT and CIS returns
  • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns for 2 companies
  • Prepare and submit CIS returns for 2 companies, mostly are Nil returns.
  • Other financial related duties as requested
