Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Parts/Service/Aftersales Advisor who is looking to progress their career into Management

This is a VERY good opportunity for someone to have a lengthy, progressive career working with a great team

There's an Aftersales Manager along with 2 other Aftersales Advisors.

As an Aftersales Advisor:


You must have a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of an effective team as well as being a good communicator to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities will be

  • Welcome all customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Qualify customer needs
  • Agree service and repair instructions
  • Book work into the workshop
  • Taking payments
  • Stock control
  • Raising invoices
  • Reordering parts.


Previous experience in an automotive aftersales role is essential and experience working with all makes and models would be advantageous.


The position offers:

Salary:

£26k basic - £30k+++ OTE Uncapped


Working hours/days:
Tuesday to Saturday: 8.30am to 5.30pm - 5 day week
