Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs effectively

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer support or similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus)
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze information and problemsolve effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,098.18 per year
