Bryson Charitable Group requires:


HR Generalist

(Ref:
B/HRG/B/24)


Permanent (1x full-time, 1x part-time)

35 hours per week

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (1pm Friday finish)

£25,000-£27,000 per annum (pro rata with part-time hours)

Job Purpose:


The HR Generalist will be part of a successful and dynamic Human Resources (HR) team and the post will be based in Head Office in Belfast.

We have full-time and part-time positions available.

This role is important within the HR team, taking responsibility for key needs including, absence management, payroll and other key initiatives to support the HR team and the business.


Essential Criteria:


  • 2+ years' experience working in a HR Generalist role
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience using HR Database
  • 1+ years' experience using Microsoft Software e.g. Microsoft office, Excel
  • Experience of dealing with absence management and payroll queries
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of good HR practices.

Desirable Criteria:


  • Qualified to or working towards a minimum of level 5 CIPD or equivalent
  • Access to a vehicle for work purposes
