What will you be doing?
The Material Sales Department is responsible for sourcing outlets for our customers' recyclable material (i.e. card, plastics, metals) with the aim of securing an optimal rebate whilst ensuring the best level of service.


The main purpose of the Material Sales Administrator is to act as the primary day-to-day interface between Veolia and their Material Sales customers and suppliers.

Arranging collections, resolving service issues and submitting legally required paperworkprior to export are all part of this busy role.


And by liaising with customers and subcontractors, you will gather information required in order to provide solutions to customers and identify areas of poor practice or performance, seeking to make improvements to assist with customer satisfaction and retention.


What are we looking for?

  • A proven track record of providing a great administrative experience in similar roles
  • Proven ability to work under pressure & multitask
  • Computer literacy with a knowledge of Google Office Applications (Sheets/Docs)
  • Previous waste
- industry experience desirable
