Customer Service Assistant - Exeter Airport, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
Responsible for providing excellent customer service both to direct customers & existing trade partners. The timely and accurate processing of orders and accompanying tasks as directed by the Customer Operations Manager.Key Tasks:
- Respond to telephone enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person (if required)
- Manage enquiries received through our live chat facility
- Process & manage orders received via customer portals
- Provide consignment tracking details
- To manage and communicate delivery exceptions
- To check and sign off courier invoices
- To assist in the preparation for events by compiling appropriate literature as requested
Essential Skills:
- Proven working experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience regarding telephone contact with customers
- Previous experience within in a Customer Service environment
- Previous experience in a admin role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess attention to detail skills
- Have the ability to multitask+
The role is working in a small friendly team of 4, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.
