Overview Of BNY Mellon:


The HR Associate Advisor Role is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a varied workload relating to UK and Ireland employees with opportunities to support EMEA wide programs as well.

Acting as an escalation point from the HR Admin teams as well as supportingthe senior advisors and Employee Relations teams in numerous HR areas and interacting with other stakeholders to better support employees and business lines.

Associate Advisors work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direction of senior staff on complex projects and analyses.

They support the execution and delivery of HR solutions of core COE-designed processes including Talent andDevelopment, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, M&A and Special Projects across specified locations.

Work includes but not limited to mildly complex support of Year-End Compensation Planning, Annual Talent review and Succession planning, Sickness & Absence support, Performance Management and Manager Feedback across a specified client group and in daily activitiessuch as assisting with development plans, Intake and triage within set guidelines on sensitive and non-complex Employee Relations cases, manager inquiries, etc.

Supports in the delivery of adhoc reporting & analysis, M&A work and special projects. No directreports.
Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree or certification or certification in process preferred.

Experience preferred with demonstrated success in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning ".
