The Company

The Role

We are looking strong senior Project or Programme Manager, someone who can really drive projects, take ownership to successfully hit the milestones, demonstrating strong stakeholder management with executive level reporting & communication skills.

The position will focus on:

Project planning for deliveries, resource and dependencies
Deliver projects to specifications, deadlines and quality levels.
Manage priorities, project changes and stakeholder expectations.
Effective risk management and mitigation planning
Come up with solutions and proposals, not just report problems
Make effective use of teams and resource.
Continuously improve delivery processes.

The Person

Show strong project governance skills, able to review current practices, highlight areas for improvement and drive change into the team.
Demonstrable Project Management experience within digital technology sector; Apps, webapps, UX/UI, etc.
Demonstrable experience managing complex projects with multiple parties and workstreams
Able to produce and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and RAIDs
Knowledge of release management and SDLC
Excellent communication skills across channels, especially in the current period of virtual workspace
Great interpersonal skills, leading by example through "hearts and mind"

This role will come with a salary of up to £70,000 and generous benefits package.

With offices based in the centre of Newcastle the client would love for you to spend time in the office but it's not essential and you can work remotely for the majority of thetime.
