Description
We are looking for the Site Support Assistant for Prospect Road Community Services Hub House.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person-centred individual, for this exciting new role, who is able to deliver high standards in supporting visitors and staff to navigate and use the building and facilities, with responsibility for monitoring facilities and resolving or escalating issues.


You need to be flexible in your approach and be able to work as part of a team as well as excel and be disciplined at organising your own duties.

You will need to be prepared to adjust and change plans at short notice and react to incidents as they occur in a calm, caring and supportive manner.


Site Support Assistant:


  • Acting as front of house by answering the door to receive and direct/supervise visitors e.g. patients attending clinics, course facilitators/attendees, estates workers, other tradespeople.
  • Manage internal/external mail/parcels in/out including forwarding of post to other sites & informing staff of items awaiting collection.
  • Point of contact for reports of any on site Estates issues: resolve where able or log the issue via the electronic system, monitor response, and supervise works if required. E.g. faults, repairs, garden maintenance, grit supply, cleaning of windows and paths.
  • Receive and administer bookings of rooms at the site.
