Warwick. Office based.


Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (rotation shift) 37.5 hours p/w

Our client is always looking to make business improvements and are currently working on a 6 month systems improvement project.

During this project timescale, our client is looking to recruit
2 x Customer Service Advisorson a
temporary basis, to help support the existing Customer Service department.

Joining a friendly team of 10 x Customer Service Advisors,
duties will include:

  • Promoting our client's products and services
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Operating internal systems/administration duties
  • Liaising with internal departments and external companies

Person specification -what would make you a great fit:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience within outbound calls and customer retention is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Tenacious and customer focused.
  • Embrace new ways of working.
