**Commercial Property Paralegal

  • REF 54019**I am thrilled to be representing this multioffice law firm who are renowned for their high quality Commercial Property Legal Advice provided to their clients throughout Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

To be considered for this role you need to have a minimum of 12 months' experience assisting on a busy caseload of all Commercial Property transactions and drafting experience.


Your duties will include the follow but not limited to;:

  • Undertake certain elements of fee-earning work under supervision
- generation of suitable client care correspondence;

  • Drafting legal documents
  • Liaising with clients
  • Legal research
  • Due diligence relating to clients and cases
- managing and dealing with post-completion matters and registrations


The firm is looking for someone with past experience of assisting on a busy case load, while offering a very competitive salary paying up to £26,000.
