About the Role:


An exciting opportunity has arisen in Mid Kent Enforcement Service for an experienced Enforcement Agent to join our busy team.

You will be responsible for collecting unpaid Council Tax, Parking Fines and Business Rates owed to Maidstone, Swale, Tunbridge Wells, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Dartford & Tonbridge & Malling Councils.


You will need to be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed and deliver excellent customer services.


  • As a service which deals with challenging and vulnerable customers you will need excellent communication skills with the ability to pick up sensitivities within a conversation and be able to respond in a calm, professional but assertive manner when needed. There is a requirement to converse at ease with customers and providing advice in accurate spoken English is an essential element of the role.

About You:


If you are an experienced enforcement agent, qualified to Level 2 in Taking Control of Goods and hold a current County Court Enforcement Agent Certificate, you could be just what we are looking for.

You must be a team player and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

You will need to hold a full UK driving license. A company vehicle will be provided for business use only.
