Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London.

The Role:


This role sits within the Housing Services Team and involves the running and administration of the Council's private rented sector scheme to aid in the prevention of homelessness and discharging the Council's statutory homelessness duties.

The role also involvessourcing properties in the private rented sector to join the Council's private rental scheme and will look to establish a network of private landlords to increase the supply of homes available for customers of the Council's Housing Options service.

£30,151 - £32,020 excluding London Weighting allowance.
