£17,000 - £20,000 per annum (OTE £35,000-£38,000+ per annum) +car allowance

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (plus alternate Saturdays)

We are now looking to recruit a high calibre lettings negotiator who will be part of our friendly and busy Walton Lettings team.

- have some previous experience in a sales-based environment
- be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- display high standards of service and presentation
- strong local knowledge
- a full UK driving licence
