    BBC Fire & Security, an integral business within the wider
    Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are seeking to appoint a
    Customer Service Operative with at least 1years' experience, to join their growing team at the Wymondham head office supporting the Customer Service Support Team.

The Customer Service Operative will play an essential role in providing an effective and professional customer service, acting as a single point of contact for our valued customers whilst providing excellent Customer Service as an administrative supportto all our accounts.


  • Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships at all levels.
  • Liaising with internal departments relation to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to service.


The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction with both internal and external Customers supporting our Customer Charter.

To work as part of the invoicing team to ensure that accurate Invoicing and effective customer service isprovided across all functions within the business, always maintaining a professional & courteous approach supporting our Customer Charter

BBC Fire & Security have a set of work instructions that deal with most aspects of the Company's operation. You will be competent to become totally conversant with all aspects of these, as laid down. You will be able to work well under pressure with theability to multi-task. Microsoft proficiency is essential, as is a high attention to detail and great team-work ethic.

Training on the use of stock bespoke software package will be provided
