THE ROLE
- Looking at data in the customer experience platform
- Using different data sources to get different parts of data
- Working on long
- Manipulate data with analytical skills
- Turning data into stories whether customer experience is good or bad
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Exposure to customer experience platforms e.g. Inmoment and Medalia
- Experience with SAS
- Strong analytical skills
- Selfstarter attitude
- Been in a big data environmentthis company has many customers
