The Blakeney Hotel is a prestigious, progressive hotel with 60+ bedrooms in an unrivalled position on the quay overlooking the estuary in Blakeney.
We are looking for someone to compliment our small & friendly team providing efficient administration support to the Admin office and Reception.
Duties will include:
- Answering telephones, transferring calls and taking messages
- Dealing with guest correspondence and other typing
- Maintaining accurate records
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments
- Filing
- Maintaining adequate office supplies and ensuring the office space is tidy
- General administrative duties
- Professional approach
- Attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Trustworthy with the ability to keep information confidential
- Flexible
- An efficient and friendly telephone manner
