Contract:
Full time, permanent.

Hours: 37.5hrs. Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm.

Lunch: 1 hour.

Work Location: 3 Stanton Court, South Marston Industrial Estate, Stirling Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 4YH.

Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience.

Join us as a Social Media Content Creator and become the voice of our clients' brands online.

Your primary focus will be to captivate audiences through innovative social media content, while also gaining exposure to and supporting broader marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and manage all published social media content (images, video, and written).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct online advocacy and open streams for crosspromotions.
Develop and expand community outreach efforts.
Compile reports showing results (ROI).
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

Bonus Skills & Experience:

Insider knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite/Buffer/Heropost).
Practical experience with social media marketing across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with analytics and PPC platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
Ability to interpret and utilise data for strategic marketing decisions.
Understanding of relevant legal frameworks (GDPR, copyright laws, etc.).
Web editing skills and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Previous involvement in SMS marketing campaigns.
A foundation in SEO principles.
Experience in business development or sales.
