This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.
- If you're an experienced leader, this is an opportunity to take on an important and strategic role in Asset Finance within Customer Propositions and Delivery
- As Head of Documentation & Transaction Support, you'll be leading the function to manage all aspects of the Lombard documentation library and acting as first point of contact for technical queries

What you'll do:
In this role, you'll be contributing to leadership, strategy and change transformation as a member of the Asset Finance Management team.
Through the course of your work, you'll be:
- Owning the Lombard documentation library, ensuring it meets with all relevant legislative/regulatory requirements and the C&I non personal credit documentation framework
- Supporting all parts of the Lombard business on deals which fall outside of standard policy, structure, or documentation
- Instructing external lawyers where nonstandard documentation or security is required to support Lombard transactions
- Acting as first point of contact for Lombards distribution teams on technical queries including direct tax matters
- Making sure the team are trained to best in class standards and talent is both identified and developed to best effect
The skills you'll need:
We're looking for a strategic thinker with broad financial services experience, including in a regulatory and commercial environment. In particular, significant experience in the asset finance market would be beneficial.
You'll also demonstrate:
- Experience of leading diverse professional teams
- Experience of relevant legal policies, regulatory and statutory obligations and risk management
- Knowledge of regulatory capital, business forecasting and stress testing
- A good understanding of banking credit processes and policies
- The proven ability to work as a member of a team and provide support to less experienced team members
