The Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store. You will lead by example, motivate and support a diverse team to achieve key targets that contribute to the success of the store.

Contracted Hours: 30

Contract Type: Permanent

Pay Rate: £13.15

What You Will Do:

You will coach and mentor staff to set them up for success
Motivate the team to exceed targets with exciting incentives for recognition
Support the Store Manager with various tasks including rosters, payroll, and stock management
Act as the Store Manager when needed to ensure smooth operations
Take responsibility as a key holder for opening and closing the store on time
Provide exceptional customer service and inspire your team to do the same
