The
Greenwich MindCare Dementia Information and Support Service is an exciting service which delivers high quality support to enhance the quality of life, choice and opportunities for Greenwich residents diagnosed with dementia.


The service provides comprehensive person-centred support to people with dementia and their carers, alongside carer-specific workshops and raising awareness to improve the experience of people with dementia.


Dementia Advisors provide advice, information and person-centred individual support, including signposting and community bridge building to help people access community resources. With experience of working in health or social care, including in community-based services, you will have good communication, assessment, and support planning skills.


Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.
