We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Estates Team. Alongside the varied property management, Estates are involved in several exciting corporate initiatives along with managing the Investment Portfolio.

The BCP Council area is seen as a development hotspot in the UK and the Council is playing its part using its assets as a catalyst for regeneration.

_

  • In addition, we are looking for someone who will have the flexibility to undertake a full range of Estates' work, resulting in a varied and interesting workload. You will work alongside all departments within the Council, from colleagues managing our awardwinning seafront and parks to those providing frontline services to the community we serve._
  • We will provide you with the opportunities to enable you to succeed and we will support you to reach your full potential, enabling you to advance your career, whilst giving you the freedom to achieve personal growth and development._
  • This is a full time role but there could be flexibility around working hours._
