As Sales Trainer you will be responsible for developing, delivering and assessing training programs for all TD SYNNEX UKI Sales co-workers at both Individual Contributor and Manager level to ensure the successful development and progression of our Sales workforce.


Accountabilities:

  • Ownership of all UKI sales training and development devise, develop and implement specialised training programs, producing training schedules, classroom agendas and creating course content according to organisational requirements and employee development needs
  • Facilitates classroom, oneonone, and on the job training and instruction to new and existing employees on valuebased sales training through training sessions, webinars, workshops
  • Observes and assesses the effectiveness and success of sales training programs delivered through various established measurement methods such as surveys, training skills attainment and management development to determine overall effectiveness of the programs and return on investment
  • Serves as "Performance Consultant" by identifying and implementing a wide range of training techniques, effectively assisting client needs, identifying skills gap and makes appropriate development activity suggestions based on information gathered

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Relevant training experience in either commercial organisations or a business education environment
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decisionmaking
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities
  • Possesses strong organisational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities
  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.


Location - Basingstoke but with the ability to travel around our office locations in the UK as and when required.
