Description
We have a vacancy for an experienced Workshop Controller to spearhead the day to day working at this busy prestige franchised site in Cambridgeshire.
Part of your remit will be to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first time fix, managing the resources available and developing along the way the skill set of the other team members.
You will be responsible for the supply of parts to the Workshop, training of staff members where necessary and ensuring that the best customer service is delivered every time.
In return, the package on offer includes a basic of £35k with an OTE of £40-42k. Monday to Friday with alternative Saturday mornings. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company car is also included in the package.
