The role
The purpose of the role is to be the technical lead on the delivery of Regenda Group's investment and major works programmes.
You will also provide the Investment Manager with up-to-date technical information about the condition of the Group's housing stock in preparation for and following on from investment work within Regenda owned properties and diagnose, advise and organise appropriate remedial works for complex repair and building defect issues, liaising with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
The right fit
- HNC/HND technical building qualification or relevant experience.
- Prior social housing experience would be advantageous.
- You will have strong contract management experience.
- You will be a strong Team player who can work collaboratively with the wider Asset Management team.
- Customer centricity must be at the heart of your decision making.
