We are currently recruiting for a Cash & Payments Associate.

As the Cash & Payments Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payments of 3rd party supplier and subcontractor invoices and employee expenses are paid in accordance with SLA, payment terms and Prompt Payment Code.

Key Responsibilities_**_

Processing of 3rd party supplier/subcontractor and employees scheduled BACS payment runs in accordance with HMRC and ISS Policy
Daily clearing of BACS/CHAPS payments
Daily clearing of Direct Debit payments against invoices with follow up where invoices are not received.
Full review of manual payment requests in accordance with ISS policy
Prioritisation of high value/high risk unallocated items to target for clearance based upon impact to P&L

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_

Good general secondary education or equivalent
A selfstarter with a strong ethos in Customer focussed outcomes
Forward thinking, with a 'can do' attitude
Supplier Payments/Cash Allocation/Accounts Payable experience is essential
Strong analytical and communication skills
