Department purpose
The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team sits within the Global Business Development, Marketing & Communications function.

Role purpose


As a Senior Marketing Assistant, you will support the Client Relationship Managers across a portfolio of accounts in the management of the firm's relationships with its key strategic clients.

You will also work closely with other business development and marketing team members and with other business areas such as Finance, IT and HR.


What you will do

  • Create clientfacing materials (e.g., brochures, reports, presentations, contact cards) and internal information (e.g., financial reports, market intelligence, updates) for the global client team.
  • Conduct research and analysis on clients (strategy, structure, financials, contacts, competitors, market trends), collect and organise global client data and manage proposals and client activities in the CRM system (EPiC)
  • Participate in internal meetings with the Global Relationship Manager, Partners, and core team members to plan client targeting, track progress, identify opportunities, and monitor financials
  • Oversee strategic mailing for key clients, and coordinate client events, entertainment, and training
  • Assisting in managing secondees at clients, including briefings and debriefs
  • Contribute to priority projects for client relationship management

What you will have

  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and generate ideas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particular skills with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Eye for design/creativity (e.g. for presentations, proposals and events)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to drive through major projects to completion
  • Ability to process and analyse business data and research
  • Good organisational and administration skills/ability to multitask
  • Graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in Marketing/Business, or with equivalent work experience
