Looking for an exciting new opportunity within a great team in the Milton Keynes area?


Our client, a leader in their field of industrial solutions, are on the lookout for a Sales Support Coordinator/Warehouse operative for their business.


The package:


  • Salary up to
    £25,000pa dependant on experience
-
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Accident Insurance
  • Pension contributions in addition to basic salary (under current legislation)
  • PPE and health & safety training provided by company
  • Hours are 8.30am5pm Mon to Thurs and 8.30am4.30pm Friday, 1hr lunch
  • No weekends

Duties include:


  • All aspects of managing goods and shipping supplies into and out of the warehouse.
  • Accurate picking and packing of sales orders for timely despatch.
  • Stock control, organising stock and looking after or preparing incoming and outgoing demonstration equipment.
  • Keeping the building neat and tidy to a high standard of presentation.
  • Be an initial point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Sales order processing using a computerbased accounts package.
  • Booking transport collections for outgoing orders.
  • Provide general support as necessary.
  • Report to the Office Manager.
  • Coordinate with, and receive instructions from, the Team Leader
  • Work with the Office Manager such that you can provide cover for each other.
  • Plan and manage time to be as efficient as possible.
  • Develop open and constructive working relationships with all colleagues.

  • Be comfortable working alone or with others.
  • A willingness to learn and develop a technical knowledge of our products.
  • Be customer focused and maintain a high standard of performance.
  • A good standard of written and spoken English in all communication.
  • Be comfortable with working with numbers and mathematical calculations.
  • Must have practical abilities and be proactive in their approach.
  • Be presentable and easy going with a good telephone manner.
