Company Profile:
Our client is an expanding and successful energy consultancy, working with nation-wide corporate, industrial and commercial clients. Consultancy services include gas, electric and water contract negotiation, contract management, energy reporting, billing validation and invoice recharging.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new sites and portfolios
  • Raising and responding to tasks
  • Liaising with procurement team to run client tenders
  • Present tender results and provide industry insight to clients
  • Managing disconnection notices from suppliers or third parties
  • Managing supply transfer objections
  • Reviewing Consumption Alerts, Usage Analysis, Consumption Profiling
  • Specialist Client Projects
  • Monthly KPI Reporting
  • Metering demise allocations
  • Working with the data team to ensure data completeness and accuracy

Skills, know-how and experience required:

  • Account Executive experience
  • Exposure to working with corporate clients
  • General working knowledge of the energy industry
  • Problem solving
  • Time management
  • Clerical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong numeracy

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • 40 hour working week Monday to Friday
  • 20 days holiday (incremental annual increase of one day per year up to 25 days)
