Head of Consumer Insights and Strategic Marketing (12 Month FTC)
Location - London (Hybrid)
A leading global retail organisation are hiring for a Head of Consumer Insights and Strategic Marketing Manager, with an impressive opportunity to display on any professional resume.
Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you will execute a variety of different marketing action plans and create feasible development projects, after analysing trading trends and customer behaviour insights analytics.
Responsibilities -
- Coordinate annual Marketing Action Plans and budgeting process to align Marketing strategies with the corporate marketing and business' key objectives
- Lead and manage with external agencies, where applicable, the preparation and delivery of key research programmes for both UK and Europe
- Prepare and deliver key research programmes with the use of surveys/loyalty customer surveys e.g. brand awareness and campaign evaluation tracking, centre catchment updates, and tourism surveys
Skills and Requirements -
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Wealth of experience in consumer and market research industry in both quantitative and qualitative research methodology
