We are looking to appoint a School Administrator on a part time basis to join our committed
staffing team.

Knayton C of E Academy is part of Elevate Multi Academy Trust.

The post is an exciting and sometimes challenging one, it is a job share post. You will be expected
to show initiative and adopt a flexible approach to your work. We are looking for someone who
is dedicated and hard-working and who enjoys the challenges and rewards of working in a busy
school office.

The successful applicant will need to be a highly motivated individual who has a working
knowledge of administrative procedures with excellent IT skills, to work alongside our current
School Administrator. Experience within an educational environment and SAGE education are
desirable but not essential.

Your primary role will be to provide front line support, deal with general administrative duties and
look after our reception area. It is essential that you have good communication skills and are able
to deal with parents, children, staff and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner.

This post will be offered on a permanent basis.
