REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

Department:
Group Sales and Marketing


Reporting into:
Regional Sales Director


MAIN DUTIES

  • Overall accountability for production, accuracy and content of all marketing communication.
  • Forward planning marketing requirements to support the sales team with accurate literature, plans, signage and displays.
  • Ensuring timely and targeted campaign bookings with the media buying agency.
  • Managing a significant annual marketing budget for the region.
  • Reviewing the effectiveness of digital campaigns using Google Analytics and using this knowledge for future marketing plans.
  • Formulating effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring and reviewing competitor activity and advising on best practice.
  • Managing regional PR initiatives and proofreading all press releases.
  • Visiting sales offices to ensure quality and consistency of all displays.
  • Managing the effective use of the CRM software by sales advisors.
  • Overall responsibility for effective lead management on future developments.

PROFILE

  • Good knowledge of all forms of digital communications, including social channels.
  • Experience using content management systems, preferably Sitecore.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong commercial awareness.
  • IT Literate, with strong knowledge in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and work across a number of projects.
  • Keen eye for detail, in relation to auditing digital and website content.

PACKAGE
- £35-38k
- £6300 car allowance or company car
