You'll be responsible for hiring, retaining, developing and challenging all our people so we maintain and evolve an innovative, collaborative, resilient and dynamic culture to deliver on our ambitions.

- Someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, enjoying a fastpaced environment & being a brand ambassador for Zedify
- Have experience in building and structuring internal HR systems including knowledge of best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Have done a similar role and have a proven track record. Be CIPD qualified
- You'll ideally have worked in an organisation with multiple locations, remote working and with a team that has a variety of skill levels
- You'll want to make a meaningful difference to people's lives and careers and be an advocate for a diverse and equitable working environment
The job will entail:
- Oversee all HR and People systems as well as develop the overall people strategy for the business
- Running & improving the businesses recruitment, induction & onboarding process
- Ensuring all HR basics in place policies, procedures, contracts, RTW, etc.
- Providing best practice advice and coaching to the operations team and the companies line managers in a multisite business
- Developing and implementing the benefits package and reward & bonus schemes to drive performance, retain talent
- Oversee appraisal cycles, performance and pay reviews as well as identifying skills gaps, training opportunities & career pathways
