Our international clients include government and defense organizations focused on their national cyber mission, and we are seekinga skilled professional with a strong understanding of cyber security strategy and operations to help them implement their security strategy and improve their security operations.

In this role, you will:

Lead teams and programmes of work comprising professional services and occasional technical deliveries
Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform your insights and see the big picture
Direct senior and junior team members, and support their development
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver identified scope to time and budget
Build relationships with stakeholders from a variety of cultures and hierarchical structures
Travel internationally for short and extended periods

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication skills and team leadership skills
Strong writing skills and the ability to produce concise documentation
A high degree of interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
A strong and credible background in cybersecurity delivery across people, process, technology, and organizational improvements
Experience with client side consulting, including complex stakeholder engagement with clients, beneficiaries, and delivery partners
The ability to communicate insights and concepts to others, including briefing skills and report writing
A coaching mindset and the ability to understand and adapt to different cultures and hierarchical structures

Desirable skills for this role include:

An understanding of threat intelligence and its use in an operational environment
Familiarity with security tooling and technology
Experience with incident response and training delivery
Familiarity with national cyber indices such as the Global Cybersecurity Index and the CCMM
