Our international clients include government and defense organizations focused on their national cyber mission, and we are seekinga skilled professional with a strong understanding of cyber security strategy and operations to help them implement their security strategy and improve their security operations.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead teams and programmes of work comprising professional services and occasional technical deliveries
  • Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform your insights and see the big picture
  • Direct senior and junior team members, and support their development
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver identified scope to time and budget
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from a variety of cultures and hierarchical structures
  • Travel internationally for short and extended periods

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership skills
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to produce concise documentation
  • A high degree of interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
  • A strong and credible background in cybersecurity delivery across people, process, technology, and organizational improvements
  • Experience with client side consulting, including complex stakeholder engagement with clients, beneficiaries, and delivery partners
  • The ability to communicate insights and concepts to others, including briefing skills and report writing
  • A coaching mindset and the ability to understand and adapt to different cultures and hierarchical structures

Desirable skills for this role include:

  • An understanding of threat intelligence and its use in an operational environment
  • Familiarity with security tooling and technology
  • Experience with incident response and training delivery
  • Familiarity with national cyber indices such as the Global Cybersecurity Index and the CCMM
